Mele Kalikimaka... Hawaii's way...according to Bing Crosby and the Andrews sisters, that is. Feliz Navidad...buon natale...frohn Weihnachten...joyeux Noel...Merikurismasu...or maybe you know it simply as Merry Christmas. However you recognize it, the world will be coming together to celebrate the Most Wonderful Time Of The Year. Sections of it will wake up to Jack Frost nipping at their nose, some will experience an amazing White Christmas or Winter Wonderland and others in remote areas a Silent Night. Regardless of where you live, the most important thing we share this time of year is not Santa Claus Coming To Town, the iconic O Christmas Tree decorated with Silver Bells, or the presents found underneath it, but spending the holiday with family. Whether yours dances The Christmas Waltz, is Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree, building a likeness of Frosty The Snowman in the front yard, Decking The Halls with boughs of holly and garland, traveling to The Little Town Of Bethlehem, spending Christmas In Hollis, or just Being Home For Christmas, time together should be cherished.

Family means many different things depending on culture, customs, religion or situation. Living with Merry Gentlemen, We Three Kings or just one Little Drummer Boy could be Joy To The World or a Nightmare Before Christmas. Either way, this holiday represents a rebirth of families that are right around the corner, down the street, in another city or state, or spread out over the globe. Christmas is putting differences aside and spreading Peace On Earth. With this in mind, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the time we, as fitness-minded individuals, have spent together. Over the past year, you have trusted me to keep you encouraged, entertained, informed, inspired, motivated and best of all moving toward a better version of you. I truly appreciate you, my regular gym goers for joining me in fitness classes, my followers online who come back week after week, and those that brave the frigid outdoors to become healthier. I am blessed to be a part of your fitness journey, your personal success stories and your family. As 2022 comes to a close, I want to continue helping you aim high, Believe in yourself, and reach your goals no matter how big. Hopefully you will stay with me and keep your progress going.

Let's ring in the New Year by picking up where we left off and Sleigh Ride (or sled push) into 2023 with joyful hearts. Give someone you know Love On Christmas Day so that everyone everywhere has A Holly Jolly Christmas. Make This Christmas your best one yet. To all of you, wherever you are...whatever language you speak ...Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays!

I would like to give a special thanks to all of the talented artists involved in making the music associated with the titles incorporated throughout this blog. Your catchy tunes and committment to excellence contribute to making the fitness industry a whole lot more fun!
